This page asks you to write the no too, and to put each cost of the yes next to the name of whoever actually pays it, because that is often someone who is not in the room.

This page does not decide anything and does not think yes is wrong. It checks three things only: that the no was written down, that every cost carried by someone else has been put to them, and whether a no was ever on offer. A yes that passes all three is still yours to give or keep.
